A student information system with integrated management software Cocktail

i RENALA was set up to facilitate the switching from the actual Malagasy educational system to the LMD system. In order to permit that switching, the change from a paper-based administration to the creation of a student information system was mandatory to ease the management of student’s registration, and their score for each teaching unit. The integrated management software package Cocktail was in the foundation to enable the setting up of this information system. Fruit of the collaboration between i RENALA, the institution involved in the project and the AUF. This presentation aim to explain more about the Coktail project and outline the success that it represents for the education in Madagascar.
