How To Knit a SOC

For many years NRENs have operated NOCs and quite a few of them have CERTs, but now, as security concerns grow even larger in everyone's minds, Security Operation Centres (SOCs) are being discussed and established. This Lightning Talk aims to discuss some of the institutional and NREN drivers behind this shift, to try to determine what people really want and, most importantly, how to get there!
