This workshop aims to facilitate a discussion around service delivery by NRENs to the European Space Agency (ESA) sites on a pan-european basis. Topics which will be covered include learning about current delivery of services to ESA by NRENs, learning about upcoming ESA multinational missions and their requirements, learning about NREN pain points in interacting with ESA and ways to address these problems via an ideas "snowball" fight.
