Ingrid Melve

Ingrid Melve works to improve the Internet for research and higher education. From 2011-2017 she was the leader of the eCampus Norway program, an initiative to create a coherent nation-wide campus infrastructure to support the core process of the higher-education community by enabling lecture recording, large-scale use of videoconferencing, digital assessment and cloud solutions. She was Chief Technology Officer for UNINETT 2006-2013. Working for UNINETT 1994-2017, she became Manager of Applications and Middleware in 1998 and has been involved in the field of Identity Management since 2000. She holds an MSc in Telecommunications from the Norwegian Institute of Technology.
